1. Introduction

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

All matters relating to the Services and these Terms, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of Uttar Pradesh, India without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule.

10. Miscellaneous

  1. Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Inspijet regarding the use of the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, proposals, or communications, whether written or oral, between you and Inspijet regarding the subject matter hereof.
  2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  3. Waiver: No waiver by Inspijet of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.   4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without Inspijet’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms without such consent will be null and of no effect. Inspijet may assign or transfer these Terms at its sole discretion without restriction.
  5. No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms are for the benefit of you and Inspijet and are not intended to benefit any third party or create any third-party rights.
