Overview Of Inspijet

Inspijet is the brain child of a former International Aviation Training & Talent Acquisition Professional and a People Strategy Consultant who identified the gap between the demand for top Aviation Talent and the limited players addressing it. 

Together, we embarked on a mission to deliver world-class training to aspiring candidates eager to join the Aviation industry while offering Talent Acquisition and Management services to Aviation and Hospitality clients worldwide.

 

Our focus extends beyond employment generation to training youth in areas lacking access to quality training institutes. Inspijet is committed to empowering marginalized sections of society by providing job and career resources, along with education, awareness, and campaigning initiatives in remote areas of India.

 

We have successfully trained and placed multiple batches as part of our social mission, conducting impactful recruitment drives for both domestic and international clients.

Sanna Rasool,
Director - With over 20 years in aviation management

Sanna Rasool is the visionary of Inspijet, bringing over two decades of experience in the aviation industry to her role. With a unique blend of operational expertise and strategic insight, Sanna has been instrumental in positioning Inspijet as a leading force in aviation training and recruitment.

Personal Philosophy:

"In aviation, excellence isn't just a goal; it's a necessity. At Inspijet, we're committed to nurturing talent that doesn't just meet industry standards but sets new benchmarks for safety, service, and professionalism." She is also an avid animal rights activist and is associated with many welfare activities.

Career Highlights:
  • Started her career as an international flight attendant, gaining firsthand experience in international and domestic airline operations
  • Rapidly rose through the ranks to become a Sr. Flight attendant and then a senior manager in Airline Crew Management
  • Served as Chief Image Consultant for various beauty pageants in India including Ms. Diya.
  • Took the helm as Director of Inspijet in 2019, leading the company through a period of significant growth and innovation.

She has been part of recruitment panel for largest and well-known Airlines in India as well as internationally. She has gained successfully expertise in CXO, Pilot, Crew and other managerial placements. 

Sanna is known for her transformational leadership style, inspiring her team to push boundaries and strive for excellence. She believes in fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation, crucial in the ever-evolving aviation industry.

Asma Khan,
Head of Training – Corporate trainer with 15 years of experience

Asma Khan is the dynamic and accomplished Head of Training at Inspijet, bringing 15 years of rich experience in training, image consulting, personality development, and soft skills to her role. Her expertise has been instrumental in shaping Inspijet's training programs and elevating the quality of aviation professionals entering the industry.

Personal Philosophy:

  • Transitioned into Corporate Training in various IT firms and moved across the hierarchy to handle L&D departments.
  • Worked as an Image Consultant with independent clients and corporate houses.
  • Appointed as Head of Training at Inspijet in 2022, revolutionizing the company’s training approach
